The ERP Company (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA").

• Contact information you give us when you email or call us, such as your name, company, email address and telephone number.
• Bank account data (account number and transaction history) if you choose to connect your bank account. See section 4 below.
• Technical information recorded automatically by our web server when you visit this website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. This is used only to operate and secure the website.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide our services to you.
• To download bank transactions for import into your Wealth Management app, where you have given consent.
• To keep our website and systems secure.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the one it was collected for.

4. Bank account data

When you choose to connect your bank account, we use Banklink to retrieve your account number and transaction history from your bank. Banklink processes this information on our behalf as our operator under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.

If you connect your account for ongoing access, Banklink stores your online banking login details in encrypted form so we can retrieve new transactions until you ask us to disconnect your account. If you share your data once, Banklink uses your login details only for that retrieval and does not store them or your transactions.

We use this information for the following purpose: downloading of bank transactions for import into your Wealth Management app. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting james@theerpcompany.co.za. Banklink's privacy policy is available at https://banklink.co.za/privacy.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with operators who process it on our behalf (such as Banklink and our website hosting provider), under agreements that require them to keep it confidential and secure, or where the law requires us to disclose it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires. After that it is securely deleted or de-identified.

7. How we protect it

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

8. Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to:

• ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of it;
• ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
• object to the processing of your information, and withdraw any consent you have given;
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
